This post is a list of sorts. A list of what I’m planning to buy in the coming month(s). I’m not including all the boring little stuff like Coca-Cola or food, I mean bigger purchases. Best of all, I can actually buy all of these nice things, thanks to my partnership with RMK Studios. So here’s the list.

Leave a commentMy Mobile Office
1 CommentSpyre Studios recently wrote a post about mobile office solutions, and upon reading it, I felt like writing about my own mobile office setup.
For me, a mobile office allows more productivity, as on the go there are way less distractions than at home. My location of choice is my local public library. It has power outlets, free wi-fi, water fountains, bathrooms, and is quite close to a commercial area with food. It’s almost perfect, except for the hard wooden seats. At least they keep me awake and focused, haha…

Z-Up: New And Improved!
3 CommentsIt’s taken me nearly forever to finally get Z-Up redesigned, so long that I actually forgot what the old design looked like. It was fully functional the whole time, just not entirely pretty. The new design stays fairly true to the rather well-received old design, while introducing some more modern features like CSS3 and a cleaner design. Pictures and geeky bits after the jump.

Downgrading For The Time…
5 CommentsI love my iPhone. Actually, loved would be a better way to say it, as I no longer have it. No it didn’t break or get stolen, I simply traded it to my dad for his Blackberry. Blasphemy, right? Well I have a pretty good reason for doing this. As you all may or may not know, in order to get the magical iPhone 4 for only $199, you have to sign your soul away to AT&T for two years. Being the heavy data/text user I am, I had to take the most expensive plan, which ran at about $100 a month.

Perhaps A Summer Tour?
1 CommentAs you all may or may not know, I’m in a full-time band, and it’s been pretty successful thus far, with about a dozen shows played in the last three months or so. I’m producing the demo which I hope to release by March (More on that later). The most exciting thing though, is the prospect of a two-week long summer tour on the East coast. It’d go from New York all the way down to Florida, which is pretty exciting. It’s been my dream to be in a touring band for years now, and it might actually come true this summer

Back To Google Ads
Leave a commentAs you may have all noticed, this site frequently got listed as a malware site, and several readers complained on Twitter about it, so I finally looked into the issue. After thoroughly scanning the site and server for malware, I used the Theme Authenticity Checker, which checks for malicious bits and all, and it found a link in base64. Now on its own, base64 isn’t harmful, but it’s often used to disguise malicious links without them being visible in the code. Turns out the “malicious links” were from the TNX ads I had been using. Now, TNX is a good service and it’s already paid me around five bucks, but I can’t have it scaring away people, so I ditched the TNX ads and switched to Google Ads. While they’re not as easy to style or make unobtrusive, I’ve done what I could with them, and it doesn’t look too bad. Probably won’t pay as much, but at least I can trust Google to not do anything evil to my blog.
