After much thinking, I’ve gone back to WordPress. I’ll explain why tomorrow, as I have a pounding headache right now.
Also, please disregard the theme. I have not finished porting the EE design to WP, so I dug out the old design from /blog. Expect the newer theme to be ready in a few days at most.
PS- All the posts have been recovered, even the Chyrp ones. Joy.

The new 17-inch Macbook Pro was announced today at the MacWorld expo. Steve Jobs was not present for the keynote, so I wasn’t expecting anything groundbreaking. The new MacBook Pro has the two graphics cards, and supports up to 8gb of RAM. It also has the option of a 128gb or a 256gb SSD, although those come at quite a price- $900 for the 256gb SSD. Another rumored feature was that the 17-inch MacBook Pro would have a sealed, non-removable battery, which was proved to be true. Apple claims the battery to provide 8 hours in low-graphics mode, and to last 1000 charge cycles. Whether this is true or not remains to be seen, when the new 17-inch MacBook Pro is released towards the end of this month. Apple also announced iWork ‘09/iLife ‘09, but that was no surprise, seeing as it’s 2009. The iTunes store is also going DRM-free, which is pretty good news to the people who struggle with DRM-infested music.
Now that I’ve gone over the good products, it’s time to discuss a very bad product. Ladies and Gentlemen, you all know this atrocity. Every socialite has one, your daughter probably has one, it’s the Sidekick. I don’t care what version it’s at right now, but it sucks. The OS is disgusting and dumbed-down to the point of where a retarded monkey could figure it out. It’s also outdated, with Windows Mobile, Android, and iPhone OS easily outclassing it. There are barely any apps available for the Sidekick, so it’s essentially useless for anything but internet browsing, texting, and calling. Now the internet browser is an atrocity, making IE 6 look almost good in comparison. Wi-fi? Of course not. Bluetooth? Good luck making it work. MP3? Terrible. Display? Worse than bad. The only redeeming quality is the half-decent keyboard. The camera is essentially useless, added in just because every other phone has one. There’s a load of IM and SMS crap on the Sidekick, but no E-Mail app. Pathetic. What’s really sad is that Danger (the company that makes these half-assed paperweights) could just tweak the design a little bit, and sell the stupid thing as a new model. Everybody would buy it, no questions asked, even if it’s the exact same thing. The Sidekick actually makes Windows Mobile-based phones look somewhat appealing… yes it’s that bad.

Sadly, all good things must come to an end, which is the case with my vacation. School begins tomorrow, but at least now I’ll be sure to post daily, as I have nothing else to do in “web design” class. Web design is in quotes, because the class doesn’t really teach that. It’s all one big Adobe tutorial.
Another thing I have to look forward to is Regents week, which is pretty much another vacation. I suppose I have to thank NY for having these pointless wastes of paper, as long as I get time off. And so tomorrow I resume my concentration camp school schedule.
Before I forget, I also finished the comments section of the blog. Have fun with it.

I haven’t been posting too much lately, and I haven’t even been all that busy… I will attempt to make daily posts as part of my New Year’s resolution.I’ll eventually finish the other pages, so bear with me. Wish I had more to write about…

The new design’s up and running smoothly. The other pages have yet to be finished… tomorrow. And so 2009 begins.
I don’t care about IE anymore, so if it works in IE, great. If it doesn’t, I really don’t care. I’m probably going to be redoing some old comics out of boredom, so they’ll be here to take up some space. Yawn, so tired now.
