Yeah, I know it’s been a while since I’ve last updated, but I was busy. This is what I was busy with this last week. I finally got a nice new MacBook Pro 1-inch. It’s a good thing I waited a few months, because a new version came out about two weeks ago. 200gb of HD, 2gb of RAM, 256 mb NVidia Geforce 8600M graphics card, and OS 10.5.2. I don’t know why Adobe says that Macromedia Studio-8 software won’t work. I’ve got Flash, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks running without a problem. Photoshop CS2 works fine, also. Below are some pictures of the “grand unwrapping.”
The first thing I noticed is how much money Apple puts into the making of their boxes. The box is a work of art in itself.
Here is the opened box. I think I may have opened it the wrong way… Everything is neatly wrapped and arranged.
With the MacBook Pro out of the box, you can see the (slightly) squashed box with all of the system restore DVDs.
Here is the MacBook Pro, taken out of its protective bag.
Here is the underside of the MacBook Pro. Note that there are almost no panels, except for the RAM cover, and the battery.
Here it is, the MacBook Pro, in all of its unwrapped glory. I’ll post a review of it in a few days.
